What data I process

Through the booking form: your name, email address, phone number (if given), chosen session type, preferred time and message.

Please do not include detailed health information in the form. Information shared during sessions is handled according to professional ethics and the law, and is not stored on this website.

Why and on what basis

I use the data only to reply to your request and arrange a session (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b) — your consent and steps before entering into an agreement).

Who else sees the data

The booking form is sent via Web3Forms, which forwards it to my email. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. I do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long I keep it

I keep booking emails for no longer than [12 months] unless we start working together.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing and withdraw consent by writing to kate.ikauniece@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
